Midsummer UNO

Midsummer UNO is the ideal solution for a range of thin film research applications. The user interface allows the researcher to create complex test series that run unmanned and automatically, and where each sample can be processed with different recipes. A database keeps track of all process parameters and links them to the samples by bar-coded substrates.
