Publication of supplementary prospectus regarding Midsummer’s rights issue

The Board of Directors of Midsummer AB (publ) ("Midsummer" or the "Company") has prepared a supplementary prospectus ("Supplementary Prospectus") to the prospectus approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and published on April 24, 2023 (the "Prospectus"). The Supplementary Prospectus has today been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and subsequently published on the Company's, Erik Penser Bank's and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's respective websites.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been prepared in connection with Midsummer's publication of its quarterly report for the period January to March 2023 on May 2, 2023.

Investors who, prior to the publication of this Supplementary Prospectus, have made a subscription or otherwise consented to subscribe for units in the rights issue announced by Midsummer on April 24, 2023 (the "Rights Issue"), have the right, in accordance with Article 23 of the Prospectus Regulation, to withdraw their subscription or consent within two working days after the publication of the Supplementary Prospectus, i.e., until May 9, 2023. Withdrawal shall be made in writing to Erik Penser Bank, Box 7405, 103 91 Stockholm, or by email to emission@penser.se. Investors who have subscribed for units through a nominee should contact their nominee regarding withdrawal. Subscriptions not withdrawn within the specified time period will remain binding and if investors wish to proceed with their subscription for units, no further action is required.
