Midsummer presents its first sustainability report

[Stockholm, Sweden, August 5, 2022.] Swedish solar energy company Midsummer presents its first sustainability report (Impact Report). The report describes how the company works to enable a transition to a climate-positive world, and also how it strives to minimize its own impact on the climate and the environment.

Since the company was founded in 2004, Midsummer has had sustainability in its focus, and the new report is the first of an annual series that describes, among other things, how the company works to counteract climate change, how the company's solar cells can become even more sustainable, and how Midsummer's solar cells stand up compared to other technologies with regard to climate impact seen over a life cycle.

“We want our customers to be convinced that our solar panels are designed and manufactured to be safe and durable,” said Sven Lindström, CEO, Midsummer. “Midsummer as a company will continue to be an active player in the solar cell market with our commitment to the entire life cycle and over the entire life of the product.”
