To highlight Midsummer’s commitment to promoting renewable energy, the company has decided to issue Green Bonds to finance its operations, and has therefore created a Green Bond Framework together with DNB Markets and Nordea.

Midsummer has received a second opinion from Sustainalytics to confirm the transparency of the Green Bond Framework and its alignment with ICMA Green Bond Principles 2018.

The investments financed by the green bond will be monitored, and to be transparent to investors, Midsummer will regularly publish allocation and impact reports on this website.
