Europe\u2019s largest stock exchange by value traded, <\/strong>Cboe Europe<\/a><\/strong>, intends to admit <\/strong>Midsummer AB<\/a><\/strong>\u2018s shares to trading, with admission expected on 13 October 2026. \u201cWe see significant potential in European SMEs and growth market companies. Expanding trading liquidity in these securities is a core element of Cboe Europe\u2019s strategy,\u201d announces Cboe Europe.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

The admission has been initiated by Cboe Europe and will be supplementary to Midsummer\u2019s existing trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the ticker MIDS<\/a>. The admission will provide investors with an additional venue for trading Midsummer shares and broaden access to Midsummer among European and international investors.<\/p>

Amsterdam-based Cboe Europe is one of Europe\u2019s leading equities trading venues, serving a broad range of market participants, including international and regional banks, retail brokers, proprietary trading firms and large institutional investment firms. Expanding trading liquidity in European SMEs and growth companies is a core element of Cboe Europe\u2019s strategy.<\/p>

Cboe Europe is the regional subsidiary and pan-European exchange business of its U.S.-based parent company, Cboe Global Markets. Cboe, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, is a leading global markets operator and pioneer in equity and index derivatives.<\/p>

Midsummer\u2019s shares will continue to trade on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the ticker MIDS. The admission to Cboe Europe does not involve the issuance of new shares and requires no action from existing Midsummer shareholders.<\/p>
