The resolution was approved by the extraordinary general meeting on 24 January 2023. The directed share issue has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office which has resulted in a change in the number of shares and votes in Midsummer as follows.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"mfn-body\"><p>Prior to the directed share issue there were 67,741,409 shares in the Company, corresponding to the same number of votes. The directed share issue entails an increase by 1,658,536 shares and votes in the Company.
