As previously announced, Midsummer AB (publ) has carried out a directed issue of units, each consisting of one share and one warrant. The directed issue has resulted in changes in the number of shares and votes in Midsummer as follows.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Prior to the directed issue, the total number of shares in Midsummer amounted to 30,902,200, corresponding to 30,902,200 votes. The number of shares and votes has as a result of the directed issue increased by 2,900,000 shares and votes. As of 30 September 2020, the total number of shares in Midsummer amounts to 33,802,200, corresponding to 33,802,200 votes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

This disclosure contains information that Midsummer is obliged to make public pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980). The information was submitted for publication, through the agency of the contact person, on 30-09-2020 08:30 CET.<\/p>
